Bullying is the agresion to 1 membre of a group of persons. In a class can have one person bullying.The best solution is whent to another school but he are a victim of the bullying and when he comes to the other school he don't know to stop bully.The other solution is to try to resolt the problem with the child.
There are some people that Bully because when are childres whe fight and some people when grw up need to fight and they bully.
